A pretty antique Edwardian Suffragette pendant modelled in 15ct Yellow Gold with a border of flowers and a bow crowned on top. Decorated with lovely lustrous Pearls, a teardrop Amethyst dropper and a square cut Peridot in the centre. Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement and emphasize femininity in order to put down masculine women’s rights stereotypes. These pieces popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White colours which carried the message: Green is for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes! This would look fabulous hanging from a gold chain and is extremely beautiful.
